If
you are living in Portugal you have probably guessed that
there simply isn't the same newspapers available to you at
the same prices as in England. In fact they are very
expensive so much so that I have only purchased an English
newspaper twice in over a year. As you can read them all
online I advise that you do this as it will save you a lot
of cash. In many places you will find them for sale for
around two euros which is really unbelievable.
There are a few really good Portuguese ones especially
written for the expats which I thoroughly love reading. The
only downside is that they are weekly papers so you won't
get your newspaper fix as often.
At certain outlets including airports and supermarkets you
can actually grab these newspapers for free saving you a
euro or so.
